We are currently looking for a HSE Site Supervisor professional to join our subsidiary in UK METKA EGN.

Your role will encompass:

• Ensure effective implementation of Construction Phase Plan, Integrated Management System, and contractual safety requirements.
• Monitor work during site visits to enforce safe systems of work for both direct and subcontractor activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences, reporting causes, conclusions, and recommendations for prevention.
• Provide HSE support to the EPC team and conduct HSE audits and inspections on sites.
• Analyse audit findings, working closely with site teams to close out nonconformities.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Foster an open and positive safety culture, supporting the workforce to reduce H&S risks.
