The Opportunity
La Fosse is looking to hire an experienced Principal Consultant or Team lead to help us scale our Cloud & Infrastructure technology practice further. You will be joining an existing and established division of 15 and will be responsible for 3/4 billing Consultants that are working with various clients across FS, Private and Public sectors. You will have full autonomy to work a desk, utilising La Fosse's strategic client base whilst managing and developing a small team.
This role will be a great platform in to hands off management and to grow an even bigger team over the next 18 months to 2 years. You will have a career pathway to senior leadership mapped out for you from day 1 when you join the business.
Requirements
How do you know you are right for this job?
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a contract technology recruitment market. Cloud/Infrastructure knowledge will be a huge bonus.
• Strong experience in a hands-on management position. Proven track record of managing trainees and high performers.
• Will have managed a minimum of a team of 3 consultants.
• Background in winning new business and fostering strong relationships to enable repeat business and spend. Knowledge of working with a large customer/client base and maintaining this.
• Experience in cross collaboration with team and across different service lines.
• Consistent billings within an agency environment.
• Ambitious, driven and looking for that next step in your recruitment career where you can really drive a team/division.
