Senior Consultant – Change and Transformation – Public Sector

£120,000 OTE

The Opportunity

La Fosse are looking to hire an experienced consultant to help us scale our Public Sector Change and Transformation practise across the UK. You will be joining an existing and established team of 7 that are working across various Public Sector organisations in the UK in both permanent and contract markets. .

How do you know you are right for this job?

•         Strong experience managing a contract/perm 360 recruitment cycle with demonstrable results

•         Experience working within Public Sector organisations and frameworks.

•         Languages are desirable

•         Familiarity with using LinkedIn to headhunt senior candidates  

•         Experience navigating job boards

•         Commercially aware

•         Proven background with developing new clients

•         Consistent billings within an agency environment

•         You are ambitious, driven, resilient with a strong altruistic nature
