The Team 

Humanforce is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Partner Manager that  will contribute to our continued growth throughout EMEA.  

You will be joining a small but mighty team focused on partnership opportunities and enablement, reporting into the EMEA Sales Director and playing an integral role in driving net new business at Humanforce.  

 

Who you are?  

The overall success of this role will be to build and enable a partner program as we continue to scale throughout EMEA.

You are a motivated individual with proven partnerships experience across multiple channels, you are a problem solver and a natural networker that will bring the Humanforce story to life in your territory focusing on key partners.  

You have the experience and ability to manage strong internal interlocks and work cross functionally with a view to driving amazing customer outcomes 

What you will do?  

  • Cultivate strong partner relationships through dynamic meetings and joint pipeline progress.  
  • Align internal and external strategies for mutual success.  
  • Identify strategic partners for high-quality leads and optimize conversions through engagement.  
  • Execute seamless partner plans across departments, aligning with company objectives.  
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth with robust referral partner connections, collaborating on impactful campaigns.  
  • Proactively discover partners aligned with HF's values, evaluating prospects, and aligning strategies with internal stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities?  

  • Demonstrated experience in software partner management within a B2B context.  
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.  
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with software companies.  
  • Familiarity with technology partner management practices and methodologies.  
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships with broader business goals.  
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to maintain productive partner interactions.  
  • Data-driven approach to partnership management, utilizing metrics for informed decision-making.  
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. 

 

Some ‘nice to have’s:  

  • Experience in Human Capital Management industry encompassing Workforce Management, HR and Payroll
