Who you are?  

Humanforce is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Project Coordinator to join our team. You will have the opportunity to oversee the performance services of smaller customer engagements, ensuring effective project management practices are implemented, all while delivering high-quality results for our valued HCM/WFM customers. Working closely with the broader professional services team, including project managers, service delivery managers and customer delivery consultants to accelerate implementation and use of our multi-product suite.  

  

 What you will do?   

  • Own and deliver the project planning for smaller customer engagements. Create clear project plans, define the scope, objectives and timelines. Work closely with the project lead and professional services team to ensure the goals are aligned and achievable.  
  • Manage the resource allocation for the project to ensure human capital, equipment, and materials required for project execution are available to execute.  
  • Central point of communication between key stakeholders and customers to ensure expectation management and all informed parties are aware of project status.  
  • Responsible for maintaining the project documentation, including the project plans, schedules, status reports updates are effectively updated.  
  • Identify and manage risk and quality assurance of the project deliverables. Clear understanding of escalation process and when it is needed.  

  

What you’ll need?   

  • At least 2+ years of project coordination/ administration experience working within a professional services function.
  • Ability to acquire deep product knowledge and understanding of the business to structure to know where key resources and knowledge areas are.  
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.  
  • Deep understanding of project management craft and how to effectively deliver a project.  
  • The ability to manage a high velocity of work and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.  

  

 Some ‘nice to have’s:   

  • Previous experience working within a system integrator, SaaS or product-based company with a multi-product suite.  
  • Project Management certification – CAPM, Princ2
