Job Description
Our client is a growing tech company with a strong global presence. They are looking to bring on a People Business Partner to join them for a medium-term opportunity. There is a possibility this role will convert!
In this role, the People Business part will:
- Be the Sr. HR Business Partner/People & Culture Partner for our growing company
- Provide support and guidance to people leaders at all levels of the organization
- Partner with our Global People & Culture team to promote DEI in talent development and retention efforts
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including content development and program facilitation
- Leverage our HRIS platform internally
Pay range: $40-$48/hour - commensurate on experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist or similar
- Experience working for a start-up
- Able to come into their Manhattan office two days a week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
- Experience building and delivering presentations
- An employee-centric mindset
