Job Description
Note: This is a 9-month contract position beginning in March/April for a client of our's with the potential to extend at the end of the engagement depending on performance and business needs at the time.
- Be the Sr. HR Business Partner/People & Culture Partner for our growing customer base.
- Provide support and guidance to people leaders at all levels of the organization
- Partner with our Global People & Culture team to promote DE in talent development and retention efforts
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including content development and program facilitation
- Leverage our HRIS platform internally
- $40 to $45 an hr
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist or similar
- Must live in the NYC area
- Experience working for a start-up
- Able to come into our Manhattan NYC office two days a week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
- Experience building and delivering presentations
- An employee-centric mindset
