In the role of Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner directly with clients to understand their open positions, and attract and close great candidates for their roles.
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced tech recruiter to support a growing company in the UK. They provide technology solutions and services to clients all over the world. This recruiter will work in a dynamic environment reporting directly to a recruitment manager. The types of roles this recruiter may work on include product, data science and QA roles. Additionally, the recruiter will build strong partnerships with hiring managers by coming on-site 2x a week in Cardiff, UK.
The recruiter must be able to work in an ambiguous environment and be process driven. We are seeking individuals that have a strong, independent work ethic, comfortable with processes, can identify and attract top talent and has strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications
3-5 years fullcycle recruiting experience
Able to come onsite 2x times a week in Cardiff, UK
Experience working with key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience recruiting for tech talent
