1. Assist In organizing and execution of events, campaigns etc.
2. Enhance briefing and content revision skills to effectively communicate with clients and ensure that all PR content is high-quality.
3. Contribute to the development and the distribution of the PR materials, including Press Releases, Opinion Pieces, Features, newsletters, and videos.
4. Assist in evaluating content and requests received internally to assure implementation of overall message
5. Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution
6. To work closely with Account Managers and support in meeting NNC client’s requirements.
7. Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
8. To be creative and actively participate in the formation of new ideas and strategies to better serve clients.
9. Edit, when necessary, client and media materials including press releases, kit materials, plans, presentations, and reports in both Arabic and English
10. Arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients’ spokespeople in collaboration with MR - in person or over the phone - and facilitate these meetings where appropriate.
11. Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients.
12. Participate In the brainstorming/initial meetings for accounted and non-account clients that will result in knowledge and capacity building
13. Take correct decisions internally and externally that have a right impact on our standards.
14. Be aware of media representatives and distribute clients’ press releases, features, and articles
15. Provide input for 360 communications and organizational works and flagships
16. Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relations with other departments to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field.
• Prior experience working in a PR agency, press office or fast-paced media environment is preferable.
• Event planning experience.
• High levels of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skills (Arabic and English).
• Need to have excellent project/program management, work planning, personal organization, and time management skills. With the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects whilst making use of internal and external resources.
• Great PR & Communication industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks.
