ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for delivering an enthusiastic and holistic approach to keep in touch with the market place and our existing and potential customer base. To actively pursue engagement with all our potential customers utilizing customer relationship management techniques to ensure proactive communication and to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers while ensuring we maximise our ability to attract new customers.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy
- To complete specific projects and to develop communication platforms (digital and traditional)
- Focus on the experience and success of current customer base
- Prepare, present and measure the success of your campaigns
- To manage the set up and booking, attendance and support of exhibitions, tradeshows, academy and other corporate events
- Educate our customers, plus new groups about our products and services, while encouraging others to act as advocates
- Generation of new initiatives and activities for brand exposure to all stakeholders
- Promoting stories, events across all Social Media channels, internal communication screens and websites
- Supporting Individual sites on site specific marketing campaigns
