As the Lead Technical Instructional Designer, you’ll help us connect a more sustainable energy future for more than five million Queenslanders and 253,000 businesses. Your work with us is about every light turned on, every community connected, and every future made possible.
As the Lead Technical Instructional Designer, your primary goal is to transform complex technical information into instructional content, courses, and training programs tailored to specialised competencies within Operations and Service Delivery (OSD). Working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learners, you will create engaging and effective learning experiences. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical expertise and effective education or training, ensuring Powerlink employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their technical roles.
Based in Brisbane, and reporting to the Manager of Technical Competency and Training, with one direct report, you'll be joining a dedicated technical training team within our (OSD) division.
