JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Learn to navigate and gain proficiency with both external software and internal proprietary systems to retrieve reports needed to perform job duties;
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely responses and resolution to inquiries;
• Process documentation; including entering appropriate information either by data entry or upload to the relevant record keeping system;
• Provide high quality client service internally and externally, answering inquiries and resolving problems;
• Understanding of and ability to open, review and assign computer files according to directory/file path protocols; and
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on-time while tracking and escalating any issues to the appropriate business unit.

Account Services:

• Provide account administrative services for global business units and system platforms;
• Act as liaison between business partners and banks during the client onboarding process, ensuring proper documents and bank forms are accurately completed and executed;
• Facilitate service requests between internal (relationship managers, business development and/or account managers) and external (banks and clients) parties;
• Prepare and submit requests for new accounts, deal closings, and maintenance;
• Provide system administrative functions, ensuring relevant bank portal and loan servicing application user access/entitlements aligned to Alter Domus’ policy standards.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or relevant work experience; 
• Basic knowledge and interest in the financial services industry and operations; 
• Responsive, friendly, and proactive approach;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• High attention to details;
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
• Skilled in independently researching and resolving problems; and
• Microsoft Excel experience.
