As our Purchase Ledger Assistant - German Speaking, you will work with and support the Account Payables Manager. You will provide efficient and proactive day-to-day support to the Finance Team to ensure the smooth running of the financial administration of the Company.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Fluent in German and English both written and verbal
- Provide competent and meticulous support to help the productivity of the Finance Team
- Set up suppliers
- Update supplier records
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately
- Reconcile supplier statements
What makes you special
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience of account payables
- Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel; knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage
- Excellent organisation skills with an eye for details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
