We are now growing and looking for a Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer who is based in Berlin!
A well-suited candidate is known for a “getting-things-done” attitude and can successfully operate in a hectic startup environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 50% work-related tasks and 50% personal tasks for our CEO.
Let's take a closer look at what you will do:
Work-related Task Management (50%):
- act as the point of contact among our CEO, employees, and external partners
- manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- organize and manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings
- help with managing various projects in Asana
- handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- format information for internal and external communication – prepare emails, presentations, reports
Personal Task Management (50%):
- manage personal correspondence and communication
- coordinate and maintain personal files and documents
- assist with personal errands and day-to-day activities
Requirements
We are a perfect match if you have:
- Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian
- 0,5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- strong GSuite knowledge
- outstanding organizational and time management skills, attention to details
- flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Will be a great plus:
- experience working in Asana or similar project management tools
- experience of studying or working in an international environment
- proficiency in German at the B2+ level
