As an Associate Financial Analyst at Acxiom, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, supporting the team in various financial analysis and reporting activities. Your attention to detail and flawless execution will contribute to the success of our company. Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to drive strategic decision-making
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the financial impact of business initiatives
- Assist in creating financial presentations for top-level executives
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to streamline operations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrates basic use of tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to conduct accurate, auditable, repeatable analysis
- Can self-direct and prioritize work
- Ability to conduct basic forecasting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Basic use of tools including Power BI, Adaptive and advanced Excel skills
- Functional knowledge of FP&A
