The Role 

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

• Collaborate with the FP&A Manager to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the wider business.
• Support the FP&A Manager with annual budgeting and reforecasting
• Prepare and analyse reporting to track multiple KPIs whilst supporting functions to deliver financial goals.
• Develop a suite of reporting to support the delivery of our 3 year plan.
• Ability to highlight material financial risks and opportunities to the P&L.
• Support with monthly budget reviews, capturing key variances to help manage overall cost position.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity in monthly financial figures by collaborating with various functions.
• Work with our analytics team to drive financial data integrity.
• Proactively develop and implement controls and procedures to enhance financial processes and departmental efficiency.
• Undertake post investment appraisals
• Engage in ad hoc projects, analyses, and other commercial support initiatives as needed. 

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT systems.
• Pursuing or open to pursuing professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, AAT) to demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development.
• Highly organised, self-sufficient, and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
