Job Description

We’re searching for an exceptional marketeer who will help us communicate with our customers and prospects, and showcase the value of our solution. You’ll be helping to plan, and execute customer-facing promotions, campaign materials and content assets. These include  e-newsletters, videos, social, webinars, merchandise, and more with external agency support when required. 

What you'll be doing:

• Content creation. Creation of branded content across a range of initiatives including email, video, social, webinar, podcasts, website, etc.  
• Internal communication. Regular communication with existing customers and prospects through a range of channels. 
• Organization. Successfully manage multiple projects, managing multiple stakeholders.  
• Performance reviews. Reporting and analysis of performance metrics, whilst providing improvement recommendations.  
• Quality control. Maintain an immaculate attention to detail, ensuring all content (copy, imagery, design, etc.) is on-brand, and without error.  

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in the building and distribution of online, and offline marketing materials.  
• Strong communication skills, and an ability to positively influence internal stakeholders.  
• Experience in efficiently managing multiple data sources, and an ability to tie this into insights, and key-takeaways.  
• The drive and determination required to keep up with a fast-paced environment in a rapidly changing industry.  
• A keen eye for detail, and an ability to spot inconsistencies, and rectify them yourself.
