The role . . .
Manage completion of internal and external monthly reporting processes (board, ELT, SLT)
Cross-functional collaboration with operational departments to drive metrics and analytics to inform and influence strategy
Assist in the creation and delivery of several key documents for the Executive Leadership Team, including but not limited to reporting packages, forecast packages, budget/forecast vs actuals commentary, and risk and opportunity analyses
Line management of 2 analysts based in Macclesfield to ensure timely and accurate delivery of their recurring deliverables and act as a player coach to promote their career development
As an essential member of the FP&A team, you will be expected to be flexible and assist with ad hoc projects
Support preparation of presentation material for Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budgets
The ideal candidate . . .
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 3 + year PQE in a commercial / FP&A / Business Partnering role
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience in managing cross-functional teams in completing recurring processes and ad-hoc projects
Good commercial acumen
Experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
Thorough knowledge of Excel and reporting and forecasting tools (Workday Adaptive Planning & Office Connect experience is desirable)
Experience in performing complex analysis to combine and analyze disparate data sources
Experience of SaaS business and SaaS based metrics is desirable but not essential
