The role . . .

• Manage completion of internal and external monthly reporting processes (board, ELT, SLT) 
• Cross-functional collaboration with operational departments to drive metrics and analytics to inform and influence strategy 
• Assist in the creation and delivery of several key documents for the Executive Leadership Team, including but not limited to reporting packages, forecast packages, budget/forecast vs actuals commentary, and risk and opportunity analyses
• Line management of 2 analysts based in Macclesfield to ensure timely and accurate delivery of their recurring deliverables and act as a player coach to promote their career development
• As an essential member of the FP&A team, you will be expected to be flexible and assist with ad hoc projects
• Support preparation of presentation material for Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Budgets

The ideal candidate . . .

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 3 + year PQE in a commercial / FP&A / Business Partnering role
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in completing recurring processes and ad-hoc projects
• Good commercial acumen
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
• Thorough knowledge of Excel and reporting and forecasting tools (Workday Adaptive Planning & Office Connect experience is desirable)
• Experience in performing complex analysis to combine and analyze disparate data sources
• Experience of SaaS business and SaaS based metrics is desirable but not essential
