The Role

You will be working closely with the VP of Operations and Transformation Lead to increase business intelligence through use of data to drive growth. The role will be project focused, taking on strategic development initiatives, leading them through to successful execution.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; as well as excellent people skills to communicate changes. In addition, it is expected that the candidate is able to work independently and proactively. This role will be targeted at improving the outcome, processes, and efficiencies across different functions in YouLend. In doing so, you will work alongside stakeholders across the business, from Credit Decisions and Operations through to our Product and Technology team.

Requirements

• Take full ownership of making our sales processes the very best of any European fintech.

• This includes but is not limited to: (1) drive forward KPI reporting and monitoring across the Sales team to deliver growth and efficiency, (2) build out all our marketing and sales journeys, and (3) identify process gaps and work with the team to close them.

• Improve our contacts strategy and all our email journeys across our different sales processes.

• Drive operational efficiencies while improving quality of work and ensuring our processes and policies live up to increasing degrees of compliance.

• Identify automation and other improvement opportunities to further develop the process for delivering rapid financing to merchants.

• Support the Sales leadership team with projects and process innovation.

Desirable

• Project management experience from fast-paced environment like top-tier consulting firm, start-ups, scale-ups, etc.

• Strong problem solving and analytics, e.g. through MS Excel and tools like PowerBI.

• Experience with email marketing.

• Excellent communication: written and verbal.

• Excellent change management handling.

• Experience of mass data manipulation through SQL, Python, R, etc. would be useful.

• You will be proactive, take ownership, and act with urgency.

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 + 25% annual salary
