Job Description
Duration: Approximately 3.5 months (from end of April to 9th August)
We are seeking a competent and professional Receptionist to provide temporary maternity cover for our office in Dubai. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and clients.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be available to work from the end of April to 9th August.
