Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Growth Business Developer to expand our market presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue in the cleantech or sustainability industry. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a clear and structured framework for business development to achieve company goals.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities locally in line with the company's strategic direction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders and potential customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends and opportunities within the MENA and Global regions. 
• Collaborate across teams within the organization
• Negotiate and close business deals, managing all aspects from initiation to completion.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Work closely with the product and management team to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and results to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable track record experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably within sustainability or cleantech industries. 
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events locally and within the region.
