TikTal is a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We support brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video. We are on a mission to deliver memorable stories in a native format and looking for people to join us on the mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing multiple brand campaigns from start to finish
- Work, coordinate and collaborate with large group of influencers to execute campaigns on time
- Help source and scout relevant creators for the campaign
- Work closely with Brand leads to keep them updated on weekly progress
- Keep CRM and various systems upto date with latest information
- Weekly present updates on campaign delivery

- You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- You are a time-management master with impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
- You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, outstanding attention to detail and can-do attitude!
Requirements
- +2 years of experience supporting projects in a marketing environment; digital or advertising agency experience.
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns end to end.
- Familiarity with project management programs like Monday.com and Trello.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Available to work in US CDT hours: PT (UTC -8) to EST (UTC -4)
