We are growing the Account Management team, the person joining will have the responsibility for a portfolio of our Adviser partners. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships.
Sales Organisation:
You, and the whole Account Management team will cover our Financial Advice partners and their clients.
Fielding telephone calls and responding to incoming queries.
Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products.
Presentation preparation for new partners.
Partner Management:
Follow-up leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey.
Onboarding and training partners on our systems.
Partner due diligence.
Preparing and distributing monthly management information to partners.
Reporting & Analysing Information:
You will use our internal systems to analyse trends in our sales data and report these back to partner firms. This includes:
Weekly sales data.
Conversion ratios at different stages of the client journey.
Timely management of new cases being onboarded.
· Identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
We work in an FCA regulated environment, handling millions of pounds of client cash every day so we need bright, high-quality individuals with:

Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong team player with excellent people skills including a confident telephone manner.

Strong IT skills including capability in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
