We are growing the Account Management team, the person joining will have the responsibility for a portfolio of our Adviser partners. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships.

Sales Organisation:

You, and the whole Account Management team will cover our Financial Advice partners and their clients.

• Fielding telephone calls and responding to incoming queries.
• Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products.
• Presentation preparation for new partners.

Partner Management:

• Follow-up leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey.
• Onboarding and training partners on our systems.
• Partner due diligence.
• Preparing and distributing monthly management information to partners.

Reporting & Analysing Information:

You will use our internal systems to analyse trends in our sales data and report these back to partner firms. This includes:

• Weekly sales data.
• Conversion ratios at different stages of the client journey.
• Timely management of new cases being onboarded.

·        Identifying areas for improvement.
