Your key responsibilities as an Events Marketing Manager will include:

• Event Planning and Execution: Developing and maintaining an events roadmap that integrates seamlessly with marketing, sales and organizational goals
• Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of event planning and management, including budgeting, timelines, and logistics
• Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Tactical Excellence: Maintaining attention to detail while managing the broad strategic vision, ensuring flawless execution of event-related activities
• Data-Driven Reporting: Delivering comprehensive post-event reports, offering a data-driven analysis of opportunities developed and influenced (this includes understanding the impact of each event on lead generation and conversion)
• Event Branding: Coordinating the design, production, and distribution of event materials, ensuring they are of high quality, and align with brand standards
• Continuous Improvement: Utilizing feedback and analytics to recommend and implement improvements for future events, aiming for innovation in how we present our brand and engage with our audience
• This role may require travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally
  

To join us as an Events Marketing Manager, you will need the following skills and experience:

• You are experienced in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns
• You utilize data and metrics to drive improvements
• You are familiar with data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• You have exceptional project management skills for lead-generation optimization
• You have experience planning complex in-person events and managing concurrent projects
• You are skilled at working with multiple stakeholders across geographies
• You work effectively in small team environments
• You're a strategic thinker who can execute tasks efficiently
• You are detail-oriented and poised in fast-paced situations
• You feel comfortable with ambiguity and focused on delivering results
