The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at adMarketplace, you will be pivotal in the scaling and improvement of our Salesforce CRM management. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline business processes, improve data quality, and increase productivity across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform and other supporting technologies
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
- Manage all declarative features in Salesforce including custom objects/fields, page layouts, advanced formulas, workflow automations (workflow rules, Flows, Process Builder), and validation rules
- Manage user configuration, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets
- Monitor data quality, including record cleansing and duplicate record management
- Administer other integrated tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Develop and maintain system documentation and support procedures
- Work cross functionally with technical teams including IT, Finance Systems, HR, Product and business internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- Salesforce experience required
- Experience administering other integrated tools within Salesforce
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred
- Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach
- Ability to adapt to and embrace change
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Highly motivated team self-starter and team player
*Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
