Job Description

Reporting to our Billing Manager you will create impact within our finance team.

You'll contribute to the management of Jellyfish's incoming transactions, and create relationships with our customers. The primary focus of this role is accounts receivable, and you will ensure that all customer billing for Jellyfish clients is performed on time across all entities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support with the development of the billing goals for Jellyfish
• Ensure efficient billing processes across Jellyfish, primarily for our US and Latin American regions
• Review/validate SAGE X3 billing for Jellyfish legal entities/region or clients/products to ensure accuracy and following client expectations
• Process sales invoices for assigned legal entities/region or clients/products
• Liaise with clients over email and phone, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field, or you'll be qualified by experience
• 1-2 years' experience in general finance administration internship or full-time role
• Experience using Sage, Xero or another finance system
• You'll be a whizz at using excel or google sheets
• You'll show empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
• This role will be based mainly in our Reigate office, however there may be some occasions where you are required to travel to our London office in The Shard.
