Copper is looking for an exceptional Product Marketer to help us bring the institutional standards into the digital assets industry. You will be a natural team player/leader, will have extensive experience in marketing B2B fintech product, and a passion for the digital assets industry.

You will be part of the Product team, and will be working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• Crafting compelling product messaging and positioning materials by understanding and addressing each customer segment's pain points and needs.
• Creating effective Marketing & Sales collateral.
• Developing comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and campaigns.
• Drive product & industry expertise across the company by staying updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies and communicating about those extensively.
• Working with Strategy and Product Managers providing market research reports with insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Working with Sales and Account Management to gather and showcase customer testimonials and case studies.
• Lead cross-functional-team Product Marketing initiative by collaborating closely with Product, Revenue and Marketing to ensure maximum impact and consistent alignment. 

Your experience, skills and knowledge

• Experience working as a Product Marketer for complex B2B products.
• Experience working in Fintech and/or Financial Services industry.
• Ability to communicate complex product features and benefits in a clear and compelling way.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for insights and advocacy.
• Proficiency using Salesforce & other Revenue/Marketing tools to facilitate collaboration.
• Ability to get drive change and get things done.

Desirable

• Experience working in the Digital Assets industry.
• Degree in Marketing or Communication or a similar field.
