We're currently growing our reach in secondary and community care, but embedding our software in teams requires extensive behaviour change and therefore hands on transformation support. In this role, you will work very closely with services and senior teams at Trusts to manage change management projects, helping to embed our software into their ways of working, and contributing to more efficient and productive patient pathways.
