Business Development Representative at Charterhouse

Pentesec, part of the Charterhouse Group, is our multi-award-winning cyber security MSSP. Providing SOC services, cyber security consultancy and training to organisations of all sizes, they deliver a range of Managed Security Services including Managed Detection and Response, Managed Firewall, Managed Intrusion Prevention and more to our customers. We are looking for talented, highly motivated, hunter mentality salespeople to join our growing cyber security team.

The purpose of this role is to identify and close prospect opportunities, cross selling to existing accounts and uncovering and winning new logo business across mid-market and enterprise organisations.

Our focus has always been on connection and collaboration, which is why we offer hybrid working with the choice to work from our London or Peterborough office and at home.

Requirements

  • Create opportunities in mid-market and enterprise organisations for our New Business Sales team
  • Contact prospective customers by phone, social selling, driving attendance to events and email/content campaigns
  • Manage time effectively to enable you to achieve your target
  • Work closely with your manager to develop your approach
  • Sit training provided to expand your knowledge of Pentesec and the wider cyber security market

Experience & Qualifications you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy
  • Tenacious with a can do attitude
  • Experience in an SDR/BDR role or a cyber security related university degree
