The Immersive department in London is looking to fill a mid-level Environment Artist position. We are looking for somebody to create various different styles of digital environments for a high-end games-adjacent immersive project. What you’ll do:
Collaborate with the Lead Environment Artist, Art Director and Realtime Supervisors to achieve the creative vision of the client and the technical requirements of the project
Participate actively in the team and project reviews and ensure feedback from reviews is appropriately addressed
Contribute to the ongoing development and testing of Environments tools, pipelines and workflows for the current project and Immersive team as a whole
Participate in project reviews to help develop & integrate solutions to the problems identified in them
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrable experience working at a high level creating Environment Art in the Games or equivalent industry
High proficiency in Unreal Engine 4/5
Technical experience and working knowledge of the content creation pipeline (modelling, UV, texturing, lighting, and materials)
Deep understanding of modular environment creation for buildings and assets
Able to take creative direction
Working in partnership with other departments to ensure the highest possible standard
Professional experience with Project Management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, and Confluence
Strong knowledge on both organic and hard surface modelling/sculpting/texturing
General best practices in video game asset creation
Vegetation creation for realtime is a huge bonus.

Previous experience working with a VFX pipeline
Previous experience working with Linux OS
Experience using Houdini and/or other procedural asset creation tools
