We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Customer Success Associate to help quickly grow our business in Australia! 🚀
This role is key in developing account management and customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
What you will be contributing to:
- Be the internal champion for our clients - you're leading the account management operations
- Monitor the overall satisfaction and take the necessary action to keep it high
- Lead cross sell operations of services that the clients need, in order to support our lifetime value strategy
- Handle day-to-day customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Help up improve the client journey on all aspects - product, operations, lifecycle marketing...
- Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their challenges, and how we can support them
- Building a rocket ship in an unsexy vertical :)
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role: Customer success, Customer support, relationship manager, account management etc,
- Ideally you have a first experience a high growth environment (startups, SME on steroids...)
- You have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- You are hungry for building something exciting and gain a valuable experience to launch your business after
- You have a can do attitude - there are always solutions, solving problems is exciting
- You believe that perfection is the enemy of good
