We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and client acquisition. You will be reporting into the CEO and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, target market needs, and industry trends.
Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer insights. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
· Define and maintain the brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
· Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, events, and other initiatives to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
· Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, collateral, to support their efforts in acquiring clients and placements.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
· Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in marketing for a recruitment agency, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
· Deep understanding of recruitment marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices across various channels, including digital, content, and event marketing.
· Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is preferred.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
