Job Summary

The HR Admin is a temporary position estimated through the end of summer 2022.

Establishes and maintains good communication and positive relationships with prospective employees to promote and enhance the Employee Experience.  Provides prompt answers to candidate questions or follows up and routes appropriately to assure timely service and end-user satisfaction.  This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels of the organization. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uses applicant tracking computer system to maintain external candidate information.
• Coordinates onboarding process for all external hires. 
• Works with Corporate Recruiters to coordinate employment.
• Provides administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team.
• Works with the Recruiting Specialist to coordinate and execute operations.
• Cross trains with other HR functions to provide support as needed.

Required

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Software proficiency in the Windows environment includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate appropriate action independently as well as exercise maturity in judgment.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of information.

Demonstrated Proficiencies/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups. Ability to maintain professional demeanor in fast paced environment. Treats individuals with respect and fairness; able to relate well to diverse populations.
• Strong customer orientation; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal communication. Requires ability to communicate with diverse groups, both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail; accuracy required.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent attendance.
• Eagerness and willingness to learn many different skills & wear multiple hats; ability to quickly learn company policies/procedures and interpret to others.
