National Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Roto-Rooter Services Company is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator with exceptional customer service skills.  The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining our Corporate Accounts Receivable.  This on-site, 30-hour per week position will be located at our Home Office in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are listed below but not limited to the following:

• Establish a relationship with our National Accounts – AP Department to keep accounts current.
• Establish payment criteria for our National Accounts.
• Assist company branches in collecting for National Accounts.
• Assist Accounting Department with payment inquiries.
• Manage National Account Credit Card Payments.
• Understand and navigate various platforms to fulfill job requirements.
• Documentation for Accounting Processes.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
