Role Overview:

ToucanTech is looking for an experienced SaaS Product Executive to bring energy and knowledge to help us build and upgrade innovative, user friendly product features that make our customers smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

Capturing and defining accurate customer requirements and feedback.
Commercially assessing projects for feasibility and market potential, including reviewing competitor offerings.
Defining product vision, scope, and timeline for projects.
Stakeholder management during project delivery (internal/ external).
Troubleshooting to remove challenges, bottlenecks, and blockers.
Ensuring projects are delivered on-time with high quality UX, growth, and best practice in mind.
Creating and reviewing product communications for new releases to be sent (internal/ external).
Bringing external knowledge of emerging tech/ new processes for efficiency.

You will be part of our Product Team. ToucanTech also has staff working in design, data, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.

Requirements

2+ years experience and proven track record working in a similar role.
Expertise with platforms covering areas such as CRM, databases, digital communications, online networking, association or membership management, third party software integrations/APIs, and mobile applications.
Experience of working in a scale up, preferably a SaaS software company.
Critical thinking and an eye for detail.
Excellent project management skills.
Qualifications in a STEM subject (preferred).
A passion for technology - learning about new emerging tech is a hobby for you!
