Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Application and formulation for Beverages and Dairy based on industrial standards and country client specific requirements
- Strong sensory and mathematical skills to select right flavors to work best in the applications and the ability to run sensory tests for them
- Support clients for industrial trial and recommend adequate industrial process for new installations / product lines to clients
- Prepare and lead client's technical presentations. Support commercial with presentation and application.
- Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to projects briefs and keep daily record on laboratory work and results, run stability tests according to established protocol and respect good laboratory practices following established HSE rules
We value:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in food science/ Chemistry with at least 2 years of professional experience in food/ flavor industry
- Strong knowledge in Flavor, food ingredients
- Strong technical and commercial skills in MENA region is plus
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a methodical manner, within short deadlines;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, rigorous and well organized;
- Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills, enthusiastic, open-minded and strong team player
