We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor, Menswear Specialist to join our team in London. As the impeccable ambassador of our brand, you will play a crucial role in developing our store business with a specific focus on the MW client portfolio and upgrading staff competencies in the Valentino Couture Service.

Key Responsibilities:
Master and represent the excellence of the Client Journey, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Create emotional connections with MW customers, engaging existing and prospective clients as per the weekly plan defined by Store Management and Head Office.
Contribute to the implementation of Valentino Couture service and clienteling, mentoring others in OTO/consignment/distant sales or any personalized services to MW clients.
Recruit new MW VICs for the brand through networking in your market and operate in stores and external locations to meet and recruit clients.
Retain top clients by delivering exceptional personalized experiences and upgrading high-potential ones.
Achieve KPIs above the average of the store, exceeding 1M yearly turnover.
Demonstrate couture manners and empathy, serving as a role model for the team.
Embrace and spread Valentino’s values in terms of emotional contact with customers, incorporating greater human touch and empathy in engagement.
Believe in the brand story and mission, embodying the new brand values and attitudes and establishing human connections with customers, empathetically adapting to individual needs and situations.
Stay informed about what’s happening in the brand (global and local) universe.
Utilize proven selling and clienteling skills in the menswear world, with strong product and category knowledge to train and support the team in sales, product maintenance, replenishment, and display.
Be a key team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
Strong client book of menswear clients that can support our menswear business.
Previous experience in a similar role within the menswear industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
In-depth knowledge of menswear fashion trends, brands, and products.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the brand and a commitment to upholding its values.
Flexibility to work in-store and in external locations as required.
