The role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure all stock/post processing deadlines are met and company stock is managed within specified company guidelines.
• Process stock requisitions and external customer orders within specified timeframes.
• To organise and process all inbound/outbound post throughout the day, managing collections from each team and arranging dispatch via Royal Mail and Couriers.
• Process verification of all invoices for the post and stationery.
• Sort returns in line with company policy and arrange courier collection for return to Poland.
• Raise purchase orders with suppliers to purchase stock and reconcile invoices to GRN’s.
• Liaise with manufacturers to resolve purchasing queries.
• Supply new starter kits.
• Administration for our stock of dispenser equipment (audiometers, calibration etc)
• Ensure the COSHH process is managed and followed in line with published procedures.
• Check and approve Business card orders.
• Provide cover for the wider Admin team.

- This role is 08:30-17:00
- Monday- Friday
- Based at our Maidstone Support Centre full time (there is no hybrid working option available)
- Full time
- Permanent
