Job Title: Executive Assistant, Human Resources
Business Unit: EMEA Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Field all telephone calls for senior team (VP+)
Diary management for senior team
Coordinate internal and external meetings for senior team, plus main departmental occurrences
Manage HR team meetings & social/team building events
Manage general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
Organise all travel itineraries and arrangements for senior team
Provide support to lateral recruitment team around recruitment process management, recruitment initiatives and projects (new systems implementations etc.)
Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses for senior team
Occasional support to the campus recruitment team with the facilitation of in-person interviews
Working with the campus and internal events team on planning in-office campus events
Drafting HR documents and liaising with external parties, when required
Uploading documents to Workday, Box and/or SharePoint
In partnership with HR Analytics group, provide support around reporting and analysis of key HR metrics
Management of the administration process around onboarding and offboarding consultants, secondees and temp workers for London and European offices
Assistance with annual EA event
Admin support for Affinity Network meetings
Coordination support for Talent development on-site events
Coordinate monthly placeholder for HR provision of accruals to finance
Admin support for visiting senior HR team members
Provide support for ad hoc projects as required

Familiarity with Concur is preferred
