Position Description:
We are: We are a team of IT professionals with varying specialties who are passionate about finding innovative ways to use technology to keep our company competitive and forward leaning.
You are: A college student currently enrolled in a Bachelors program for Information Technology or Computer Science related field who is looking for real-world experience learning and growing as an IT professional in a high-paced corporate environment going through major technological upgrades and changes to best support our growing company.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls from users experiencing technology issues, log tickets and beginning troubleshooting.
Develop and conduct an inventory process covering computers and server equipment.
Provide OS upgrades to machines throughout the enterprise.
Assisting with server backup solutions.
Prepare new hardware for issues.
Conduct new user set up.
Possibly split time between two different sites within the metropolitan area

Required Qualifications:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Familiar with MS Windows OS
Strong customer service skills
Critical Thinking
Time Management
Research and Analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of network topology
Development of Technical Documentation
Windows server administration experience
