Who we are looking for
We're in search of a video producer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Animation. This role involves two main responsibilities: coordinating filming days with our expert contributors and assisting the videographer.

About the role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with a growing number of our expert contributors and serve as a central point of contact for managing scripts, ensuring clear communication between them and the content team
- Facilitate the scheduling of filming slots
- Conducting venue searches as needed
- Plan and organise international trips related to filming including travel logistics, accommodation and itinerary management
- Supporting on the uploads process with the view of potentially being responsible
- Arrange equipment rental as needed liaising with local rental houses
- Collaborate closely with the videographer, providing support and assistance as required, with the goal of developing skills and expertise to transition into a videographer role within the team
- Editing and delivering videos for our animators
- Operate teleprompter equipment during filming sessions
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment on filming days
Qualifications
Must haves
- 2+ years experience in video production. Within education is a plus
- Experienced using Premiere Pro. After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- A good understanding of cameras and related equipment. Experience with Blackmagic cameras are a plus
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
