About the role:
We are looking to hire a BD and Marketing Manager to support the London Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations practice. Together with our lawyers, our LAI BD and Marketing team of 4 is committed to creating, developing, and executing business development and marketing initiatives that drive growth and align with the firm's strategic goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Crafting BDM strategies in line with LAI objectives.
- Drive BD activity for one or more global specialisms.
- Create a solid personal network and lead collaboration with the wider firm and the BDM teams.
- Nurture priority client relations and lead on market-specific campaigns.
- Share experience to drive improvements and assist in increasing efficiency.
- Assist in raising the practice’s external profile.
We are ideally looking for:
- Proven ability to advise at the partner level.
- Strong mentoring skills with a focus on developing juniors with varying levels of experience.
- Resilience, tenacity, and a proactive approach to driving work forward and owning delivery.
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of disputes would be highly preferable.
This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
