Transformation Lead

What you’ll achieve
As a Transformation team you will be part of our highly successful development team, utilising your skills leading all our programmes and future transformation, keeping Dedalus on the path with the latest NHS and wider healthcare guidelines.
You will champion and drive the adoption of the Dedalus standardised methodology, supporting in the execution of all approved strategic transformation programmes and projects.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Analyse the impact on the business, including the stakeholders, policies and processes, of any digital technology project or initiative.
Apply a change management/training process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Essential Requirements
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Change management certification or designation desired.
Healthcare Transformation or Clinical expertise desired.
