If yes, come join us to use your expertise in community management to build engaging, safe, and dynamic gaming communities for our youngest fans, including exciting new ventures like LEGO Fortnite. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Develop and nurture existing gaming communities, with a focus on LEGO video games and our partnership with Epic Games for LEGO Fortnite. 

• Build and implement strategies to establish new gaming communities where they currently do not exist, working closely with colleagues in GAME and other relevant areas. 

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure cohesive community strategies that align with overall business objectives. 

• Utilise data and insights to advise and adjust community engagement strategies, ensuring they meet the needs and interests of our audience. 

• Serve as a key member of the Community Management and Moderation (CMM) extended leadership team, supporting engagers and ensuring a clear, effective strategy for engaging with kids and gamers. 

• Foster meaningful connections within gaming communities, emphasising safety, inclusivity, and positive interactions. 

• Actively engage with the community across various platforms to capture feedback, monitor sentiment, and address concerns promptly. Use this feedback to inform game development teams and improve user experience. 

• Help enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe, respectful environment. Educate community members on digital safety and ensure The LEGO Group's gaming communities are inclusive and welcoming to all players.  

Do you have what it takes? 

• Proven experience within the gaming industry, particularly in community management and moderation for kids' or gaming communities. 

• A track record of establishing and/or growing digital communities. 

• Knowledge of the video game value creation chain, including insights into gamer behaviour and preferences. 

• Experience working with social platforms, forums, and other digital mediums to target and engage with gamers. 

• Digitally savvy, with the ability to use technology and social media platforms to cultivate community engagement. 

• Relevant qualifications in media, communication, digital marketing, or related fields are a plus.
