Your Impact

You'll be instrumental in building out a team of rockstars, ensuring that every member aligns with our culture, and has the attitude and potential to thrive in an early stage, experimental environment. Responsibilities

Lead on everything people and talent, from creative sourcing to onboarding new joiners.
Work closely with our Founder and leadership team to deliver on hiring needs.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent, including employer branding and social media campaigns.
Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience, immersing talent in our game and its potential.
Craft studio culture and execute talent retention and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

MUST HAVE: Internal recruiting experience in the gaming industry.
Solid understanding of the structure of a game studio and the nuances of each role.
Diverse sourcing experience, ideally for complex technical roles.
Experience leading people initiatives.
