Job Description

As an Ecommerce specialist you will be working from Madrid within our UK team, providing support across a diverse and varied range of marketing disciplines to help ensure that we achieve our ambitious sales and profit targets. 

Key responsibilities:  

• Developing and maintaining website content and promotional landing pages.

• New product activations and product changes.

• Optimising product pages/shelves on the zooplus.co.uk, zooplus.ie and bitiba.co.uk websites.

• Briefing and uploading website banners (in conjunction with Graphics team).

• Supporting with promotions and campaigns.

• Creating and optimising website content to improve ranking with Search Engines (SEO).

• Competitor price capture and monitoring.

• Assisting with customer queries.

• Other general marketing and administration duties as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent in marketing or similar commercial discipline  

• Native English

• Good commercial acumen with strong digital and technical skills 

• High degree of numeracy and analytical ability 

• Strong attention to detail  

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills  

• Hard-working, adaptable and enthusiastic  

• Knowledge about the UK market and experience with / interest in pets an advantage!
