Job Description

This position will be supporting a DoD client with a variety of needs including acquisition, program management, technology assessment, demonstration support, and testing and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, tracking and reporting of meetings and briefings
• Liaise between multiple stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events
• Support the drafting of documentation for acquisition milestones and general program management
• Support the analysis and assessment of technologies and the ability to meet program requirements
• Support decomposition and analysis of requirements to support program design/engineering activities
• Support development of program architectures and design documents
• Participate in transition meetings with Service and Enterprise representatives to plan for transition of technology from the program to the field.
• Review data from tests, assessments, and demonstrations to develop recommendations, opportunities, and challenges
• Support facilitation of meetings, table-top exercises, demonstrations, and other events
• Support program management activities such as financial tracking, contract development, and contract administration

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance (Applicants may apply and be hired on contingency of qualifying for a clearance)
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• Candidates should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication
• Candidate should demonstrate ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Requires some Travel, including international travel

Additional Information

Salary $50,000-$60,000

Physically located in/near Alexandria, VA (will need to come into the office on a Hybrid schedule)
