Key member of the leadership team at Noonlight, working closely with the President of Noonlight and collaborating with Noonlight’s parent company (most frequently with Alarm.com’s VP of Growth Operations).
Help manage and optimize all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Noonlight, with particular focus on overall project management of key action items, sales / growth (with sales, operations and marketing functions reporting to the Director of Operations), performance tracking and reporting, operational efficiency, documentation of processes, policies and procedures, HR / Training, documentation / legal workflows.
Assist the leadership team with development and execution of strategic growth roadmap.
Assist the sales and marketing team with developing and implementing strategies to expand the prospect and sales funnel, accelerate sales cycles and drive growth in sales.
Responsible for generating business review and KPI reports for other members of leadership team and parent company on regular frequency (typically monthly and quarterly)
Help the company achieve optimal profit margins by following disciplined pricing guidelines – but working creatively to help the organization’s sales team structure deals with win-win economics.

Requirements
Job Specific Capabilities:
8+ years of management or operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required – MBA Preferred
Track record of reliably producing results and driving growth in a B2B, or B2B2C business (specifically SaaS sales with both consumer and employee end users)
Preferred but not required: experience in the IoT, security and life safety (or related) industries
Analytical and focused on measuring performance using KPIs in each area of the business
Very strong excel / modeling skills
Experience managing to a P&L / Budget (including having participated in detailed annual budgeted processes) and keen understanding of the financial and ROI implications of decisions or recommendations.
Interest in business development, and track record of negotiating legal documents, and collaborating with sales functions to seek out and structuring strategic partnerships which enhance competitive positioning of the Company and contribute sales volumes and growth
Sales and marketing acumen and understanding of how to generate and track leads, accelerate a sales cycle, and optimize the performance of the customer acquisition / sales aspects of an organization
Experience with implementing process and/or technology tools to enhance / optimize operations and customer experience (e.g., Salesforce.com, Learning Mgmt. Systems, etc.)
Experience with human resources and performance management responsibilities
Experience in collaborating with sales leadership to assist with the implementation (including informing the setup) of sales enablement and sales operations software tools (e.g., salesforce.com, CRM, etc.)
