Extreme Networks, a leader in enterprise cloud networking, is seeking an experienced Director of Content Strategy to join our new and growing Brand team. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping content that drives brand awareness, GTM strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, thought leadership, and customer engagement. You will manage a team of content experts as well as handle hands-on projects. Content Marketing Strategy:·        Develop and execute content marketing strategies that accelerate customer journeys, transforming audiences into loyal Extreme customers and advocates.·        Identify key themes, topics, and formats that bolster brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. Seamlessly integrate customer stories into campaigns and event content.ABM Content Strategies:·        Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams to create targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) content strategies. ·        Leverage data-driven insights to drive demand within target accounts, generate leads, improve conversion rates, and engage key personas with focused messaging.·        User Experience (UX) Analysis: Analyze content’s impact on overall user experience. Provide recommendations to enhance customer value.·        Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dynamic team of content strategists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.·        Content Creation and Optimization: Plan, develop, write, review, edit, test, measure, and optimize compelling content across various channels and formats, including campaign ads, social posts, landing pages, customer stories, event signage, blog posts, emails, web copy, playbooks, ebooks, videos, and presentations.·        Thought Leadership: Drive thought leadership strategies by collaborating with internal subject matter experts. Produce insightful, authoritative content that reinforces our industry authority.Cross-Functional Collaboration:·        Partner with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Corporate Messaging, Comms/PR, Design, and other stakeholders. Ensure efficient processes, consistent messaging, and maintain a centralized editorial calendar.·        Collaborate with campaign architects on SEO strategies.·        Performance Measurement and Optimization: Measure, test, and optimize content performance using KPIs and data analytics. Align content with audience needs and business objectives.·        Industry Trends and Innovation:·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to advise and optimize content and marketing strategies. Explore new formats, approaches, and channels.·        Share best practices, guidelines, and resources from our center of excellence.·        AI Adoption: Actively drive the adoption of AI for content creation across the team, enhancing speed-to-market and creativity.·        Brand Consistency: Ensure all content consistently reflects Extreme’s brand voice, tone, personality, and key messages.Skills and Experience:·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.·        Experience: Over 10 years in content marketing, with expertise in enterprise B2B technology from an agency or an in-house marketing team.·        Proven Results: Demonstrated success in developing impactful cross-channel content.·        Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools and content management systems (CMS); experience with 6Sense Revenue AI Platform a plus·        Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.·        Collaboration: Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.·        Writing and Editing: Exceptional verbal communication skills·        Creative thinking: With a data-driven mindset·        Project management skills: Experience with Monday.com is a plus.Salaryr range based on experience and qualifications 160-180k plus bonus and RSUsExtreme Networks, Inc.
