Job Descrption

The UNLIMITED Digital Marketing Executive (DME) is enthusiastic about digital marketing and is well-versed in digital marketing concepts and principles. The DME is ambitious, meticulous, and able to manage multiple deadlines.  

 The DME shows initiative and a willingness to learn and upskill through on-the-job training to ensure we are following the latest industry best practice benchmarks. The role is hands-on, data-driven, and creative, with a focus on lead generation for the Group and Divisions.  

 The main area of focus for the role is to design, optimise, execute and report on multi-channel campaigns to generate new leads in the marketing funnel, convert existing leads and create growth within our current clients. These campaigns include outbound email, organic and paid social media. This is done in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Content Manager.  

The Ideal candidate will be a confident user in using HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social analytics tools.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the DME are as follows:

  • Ensure you have a good understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, the latest industry best practice benchmarks and digital marketing tools. The digital marketing fundamentals include, but are not limited, to the following
  • Outbound email marketing
  • CRM & database management
  • Social media marketing
  • As the role evolves you will get exposure to SEO and Website responsibilities.

 

Who you’ll be working with

  • This role is within the UNLIMITED marketing team – reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working alongside the Marketing Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, Content Manager, PR Manager, and Design support.
  • More broadly we work with the marketing and business development teams across the eight agencies at UNLIMITED, on a day-to-day basis.
  • The whole team reports to the President at UNLIMITED.

 

 

Requirements

Skills and Experience 

·         Understanding of digital marketing initiatives and strategies.

·         Working knowledge of building and implementing email campaigns and landing pages.

·         Good working knowledge of HubSpot and similar tools.

·         Experience and competence in managing multiple digital channels.

·         Good understanding of CRM and database management principles.

·         An understanding of content management systems and web analytics tools would be beneficial.
